Chris Garabedian is a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group. Previously, Chris served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sarepta Therapeutics from January 2011-March 2015 and as a member of Sarepta's board of directors from June 2010-March 2015. He is currently involved in the formation and co-founding of several early-stage biopharma companies.

Chris served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Celgene from 2007 to December 2010 where he was responsible for strategic planning, M&A, portfolio review and other strategic initiatives. Prior to Celgene, Chris worked at Gilead Sciences, Inc., from 1997 to 2005 where he served in a number of global leadership roles, including as Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Medical Affairs. While at Gilead Sciences, Chris's responsibilities ranged from managing corporate development initiatives, including portfolio review and strategic planning, M&A/business development, and leading four global product launches. Chris also held various commercial development positions at COR Therapeutics, Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and at Abbott Laboratories from 1994 to 1997. He started his biopharmaceutical career as a consultant with Migliara/Kaplan Associates from 1991 to 1994.

Chris is a frequent speaker across a variety of topics at industry conferences. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group, as a member of the MassBio Board of Directors, as a member of faculty of the GLG Institute, and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Keck Graduate Institute.

Venkat Nelabhotla is an entrepreneur and a seasoned Senior Executive with more than 30 years of success across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer product industries. Leveraging extensive experience in guiding corporate growth and expansion, he is a valuable asset for small to large size companies in the biotech and consumer care sector working on growth strategy and operations, business expansion through M&A activity, or on market expansion into the USA, India and rest of the world. His broad areas of expertise include strategy, marketing, finance, drug development, commercial operations, organizational development, scaling, and fundraising.

Throughout his executive career, Venkat has held leadership positions at companies including Vyome Therapeutics Inc, Vyome Biosciences Private Limited, Emami Ltd., Aurobindo Pharma, Shantha Biotechnics, and CavinKare. As Co-Founder & CEO of Vyome Biosciences since 2011 & Vyome Therapeutics Inc since 2017, he leads the innovation-driven biotech company in the development of novel drugs for immuno-inflammatory indications through a unique pipeline of novel products. He has raised a significant amount of money for fueling the growth of this company. This follows more than three years as CEO & Executive Director of consumer goods company Emami where he increased market cap from $200M to $1.5B, two years as Senior VP- Global business with Aurobindo Pharma, and three years as President of Shantha Biotechnics where he created a business direction and scale that helped a sale of the company at $800M to Sanofi. He previously spent six years as President of consumer products company CavinKare fueling a tenfold growth in revenues. He is accomplished in a wide range of business areas including scaling, growing revenue, fundraising, international expansion in the life sciences sector, and launching new products and drugs globally.

Venkat holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Shiladitya Sengupta is an associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and director of the center for engineered therapeutics at the Mass General Brigham. He is a medical pharmacologist by training and trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, University of Cambridge, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Sengupta holds over 50 granted or pending US patents, and has published extensively in Nature journals. Many of his research ideas have been commercialized and have led to multiple startups that have attracted over $300M in funding. He recently served as the founding director of Famy Life Sciences that got acquired by Viatris for over 300M, resulting in a 20X return for investors in 3 years.

Dr. Rena Patel is a seasoned IP attorney and has been in practice since 1998. She is a graduate of Duquesne University (Ph.D.) and California Western School of Law (J.D.). She started her law career as an associate at Woodcock Washburn (now Baker Hostetler), progressing to Patent Counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, and Chief Patent Counsel - Oral Care at Colgate-Palmolive Company.

Rena has significant global experience in IP practice having also been an independent consultant working with start-up ventures and multinational pharmaceutical companies in Europe and Asia. Rena has a strong interest in education and serves as the vice-president of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Education Foundation, which is a private, non-profit organization that supports excellence in the WW-P Regional Schools through innovative programs, strategic initiatives, and funding of grants for teachers.

Krishna is the founder/CEO of REMUS Capital, a fast-growing venture capital firm he founded in his MIT dorm room in 2008. He is also Chairman and CEO of Presto (NASDAQ: PRST), an Enterprise AI company from MIT for which he wrote the first check and led the stock price to 250%+ growth in one quarter, as well as Chairman of Allurion Technologies (to be NYSE: ALUR), a healthcare company from Harvard for which he wrote the first check. He’s led investments in Healthcare (Vyome Therapeutics, ClassPass – merged with MindBody in $1B deal, Ginger – merged with Headspace in $3B deal, Cohealo, and PetaGene) and AI (Cogito, Humanyze, Ceres, ZeroCater).

Krishna previously worked at McKinsey & Co and in tech M&A at JPMorgan. He earned B.S. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering and Management from MIT. He is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover.

Mohanjit has been working with and investing in technology start-ups in the US and India for over 20 years. He is one of a few VCs who has been on the ground as a partner in India and Silicon Valley. Mohanjit has led Iron Pillar’s investments in Sibros, Jiffy, Uniphore, Vyome, Pando, Ushur and CoreStack.

Before co-founding Iron Pillar, Mohanjit served as a Partner at Draper Fisher Jurvetson for 9 years, establishing their India operations, overseeing the India venture portfolio and coordinating business development efforts with Fortune 500 companies for DFJ’s global portfolio. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Garage Technology Ventures, a Silicon Valley seed stage VC firm. His early years in California and Boston saw him help launch ViaSpace, a technology incubator in conjunction with Caltech and JPL and Intel Play, a joint venture between Mattel and Intel. He also worked at Itek Optical Systems, a manufacturer of high-resolution reconnaissance systems.

Mohanjit earned his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a B.S. and M.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Rajeev Mantri is managing director of Navam Capital, an India-focused venture investment firm, focusing on early-stage deep tech ventures. Prior to founding Navam Capital, Rajeev worked as a venture capitalist at venture capital fund Lux Capital in New York City. Rajeev has contributed articles on technology, investing, venture capital and entrepreneurship in India to The Wall Street Journal, Mint, Swarajya, India Today, Open Magazine, Financial Times, The Indian Express, The New York Times International Weekly, Roubini Global Economics and other publications.

Rajeev co-founded Vyome Therapeutics, a biopharmaceuticals company, and served as Vyome's President through the company's formative years. In 2018, Rajeev was made a Raisina Fellow by the New Delhi-based Observer Research Foundation. In 2019, Rajeev completed the Chevening Fellowship in Financial Services at King's College London. Rajeev is a member of the advisory boards of Centre for Analytical Finance at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and RISE Foundation, IISER Kolkata. Rajeev graduated with a BS in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Columbia University, specializing in private equity and value investing
